Hey and welcome to the One Green Thing Challenge! I am so excited that you are here!
I love showing people how easy it can be to live greener every day!
Before I tell you a little bit more about the Challenge I wanted to just give you a few tidbits about me.
My name is Pam and I am a blogger at Greenily – Your Family Only Greener. I am also a mom to three kids currently ages 12, 14 and 16 so we are busy!
I get it, it’s hard to fit more stuff in!
Here’s a quick overview of the way things are going to work for this two-week Challenge.
We’re going to spend some time focusing on our habits.
In Week 1 we’re going to observe and be more mindful of how we are currently doing things. No judgment, just observing.
I promise it’s not going to take you a lot of time every day to complete the tasks for the Challenge because I know you’re busy!
In Week 2 we are going to take what we’ve learned about our habits – and about the many things that are on autopilot that you probably do just because that’s the way you’ve always done them – and we’re going to tweak things a little bit.
We’ll start to move our habits towards doing things in a more eco-friendly way.
So that’s what the next two weeks are going to look like for the One Green Thing Challenge.
As I mentioned, I will be there to help you in your inbox plus I’ve got a few other tools that will help you along the process as well.
In addition, we’ve got a Facebook group that you can come to and share your insights, your wins, and your questions.
We will work on this Challenge together!
